Booking enquiry
To make a booking enquiry you will need to use the Hallmaster system.
New users​
If you are doing this for the first time the process is summarise as follows. The Hallmaster link will take you to the Hallmaster booking system. Here you will be able to see the calendar showing the availability of the rooms at the Centre. Once you have found a slot you want to request, you need to press the "+" sign on that date. At this point, as a new user, you will need to "register" on the Hallmaster system, following the instructions on screen. You will only need to do this the first time you use the system. Existing users
If you are an existing user, once you follow the Hallmaster link, you will access the calendar and can use the customer log-in button and your password.

Sending a booking request
Once logged into the system, to request a booking, click the "+" on the date you require. If there is no "+" next to the date, then it is already fully booked for all rooms. The system will not allow anyone to double book. Once an available date is selected you can fill in the booking form, where you will be able to enter the times and can add any further queries in a section of the booking form. Remember to save the booking form. This sends the request to the Centre Administrator, who will review your request and confirm your booking. You will receive an automatic email confirming the booking and providing the access code to the Centre.
